1. Initial Stabilization Notice
During the initial launch phase, temporary system latency, minor errors, or display delays may occur while services stabilize.

2. Key Feature & Policy Changes
• Direct Messages (DMs): Managed in a single thread per user without message titles. Reporting is conducted at the chat-room level.
• Accepted Solutions: Applicable to primary comments only (nested replies cannot be accepted as solutions).
• Deletion Rules: Posts with comments and comments with replies cannot be deleted to preserve discussion context.

3. Data Migration Inquiries & Bug Reports
If you find that your past public postings or profile details are missing or notice any system abnormalities, please report them to us via Error report in the Samsung Members App. You can find that guide here: Submitting Feedback
