One UI 9, is a good update. I'm sure of it. So, here is some improvements I will suggest to make One UI more nice and structured.

Redesigned Quick Panel

People in the forums hate the new Quick Panel, the volume buttons are oversized, but let's keep it that way. Because, the quick panel needs a new default layout. And for the expandable area, it should be even, squarish-looking. Like the large folders, when you click the more button, it brings up the expandable area without you having to scroll all the way down to toggle a certain setting.

More Flexible Options For The Volume Bar

When you use the phone, you might be left handed, so people should place the bar where ever they like, just like the edge panel. The menu for the volume bar and volume bar itself should be separated to look more clean. And for the tablets, you can place the volume bar on the top.

Ambient Style For A/M/F Series

We're obviously tired of having an opaque plastic UI that looks absolutely horrendous and non-acceptable. So, this is where ambient style shines. Like major streaming platforms, an ambient mode that adapts from the colors of the screen would be cool.

Adaptive color theming for UI elements is a native feature of Android. Samsung modifies this to NOT apply to the UI elements you mention.

You are correct to acknowledge that this choice widens the visual gap between budget, midrange, and flagship variants of One UI. This is an intentional choice. Hardware limitations play a role, but as evidenced by the fact that budget devices from other brands implement the native color matching/blur, this is largely a strategy to drive users who care toward higher end devices.

Forgive me if I'm dense, I don't understand what you are trying to show in your screenshot. Are you not referring to opaque control panel, etc, on A series?

The top of the screen was the status bar, and the video is affecting it using YouTube's ambient mode.

•Slider in settings/goodlock to increase/decrease the amount of blur and tint behind floating icons in apps such as Gallery, PENUP, Camera, Health, etc.

This could bring more versatility and customization to OneUI for all users.

• An option to change blur fade in styles. Personally, I prefer the way the blur fades in in the quick panel/notifications in OneUI 8.5 - it was increasing the blur level. But in OneUI9, it fades in a preset blur. Many users would appreciate reverting back to the OneUI8.5 and lower style, and many add even more options for the blur fade in?
