When applying an icon pack through ThemePark whatever pack you choose would also apply to the apps in the notification panel. I don't know when it stopped, I just noticed yesterday. Is this a bug or was it removed from the notification panel?

You mean on your notification bubbles when you choose show app icon in notifications? My icon designs are still showing in the notifications, but I don't have the update yet.
