My tv is a H Series model UN50H6350AF 50" 1080p. I'm trying to get it linked with Wi-Fi for Alexa. The thing is I'm trying to connect it, but it's says "Unable to connect." Everything else works with Wi-Fi though. My phone, my Roku, my Xbox, heck even my Phillips TV from 2009 and this TV is from 2014! And just when it couldn't get worse, (denial is a river reference tehe) I can't install the SmartThings app because it says this. If SmartThings was made in 2012, why can't it work with a 2020 phone? It does this with a ton of more apps made from Samsung too.

Hi there, Thanks so much for posting about this. I can certainly understand wanting to get SmartThings set up and working on your phone and TV. I'd first like to provide the link below that has detailed information on what steps to take if your TV is not connecting to the internet. As for the phone not being able to download the SmartThings app, could you confirm what phone you are using?
