I’m having a problem with my Samsung TV connecting to Bluetooth. The device shows nothing connected or active but yet it’s allowing some of my apps to connect via Bluetooth which I do not allow. How do I fix this?

Are you able to identify which app or apps are prompting the Bluetooth connection requests?
Are you able to manually adjust the Bluetooth permissions or settings for the app in question?
Is the app running the latest software version?
