I would think there would be something in the settings for "language". Are you referring to the SAP? Are you hearing program dialog in a language other than English?
Are you going through the original setup of the TV? O are you attempting to change the language after the setup has been completed? If you are going through the original setup, you should see a prompt in one of the pages to select your language.
If the TV has already been set up, and you wish to change the language you would need to go into the settings icon, go to all settings, general and privacy, system manager, then select choose language.
Some features were moved in Tizen 9.0 (C series and newer displays). Here are the new locations.
MENU LANGUAGE The System Manager option was removed. The new path is All Settings > General & Privacy > Language (this screenshot). Here's the full list (since we could only include up to four screenshots, and each page of options only includes three). • English • Spanish • French • Estonian • Finnish • German • Greek • Hungarian • Italian • Latvian • Lithuanian • Norwegian • Polish • Portuguese • Romanian • Serbian • Slovak • Swedish • Bulgarian • Croatian • Czech • Danish • Dutch • Slovenian • Albanian • Macedonian • Bosnian • Korean (Note: Only the first three languages (English, Spanish, French) are available during the initial setup process for the North America & Caribbean market. Unfortunately, for those in Aruba and the Caribbean Netherlands who speak Dutch as their primary language, it's only feasible to complete the initial setup in English and then change it to Dutch later on.)
AUDIO LANGUAGE AND SAP TRACKS Settings in this section only apply to displays with a built-in tuner. The Broadcasting item has been moved to General & Privacy, and the new path is All Settings > General & Privacy > Broadcasting > Audio Options > Preferred Language. This will only work with Antenna TV signals. • English • Spanish • French (Why isn't Dutch here despite being a Caribbean language?)
And what about SAP? It's just below it, under Multi Track Sound.
KEYBOARD LANGUAGE This option has been moved from Connections to General & Privacy. The new path is All Settings > General & Privacy > Keyboard & Mouse > Keyboard Settings > Keyboard Language. The keyboard language options are the same as those for the menu language (except for Bosnian).
