Brand new q70N 43 inch tv. Opened today. I am posting here after trying all suggestions on settings. I have spent almost two hours exploring and trying almost all suggestions on internet and YouTube.
The issue is that screen dims when changing channels. It dims for a few seconds and then it brightens up.

any and all help will be appreciated.

I'm not familiar with your model TV ,but I do know they will dim if you have certain AI features on. It will connect to your phone. So if you have a dimming feature on for your phone screen, say after sundown. Your T.V. screen will also.
Another thing to check is if you have movie setting on or brightness turned down on settings main screen. Then dynamic set on screen mode. It can be confusing for the Television program. Then check to make sure you don't have apply to all checked.

      Hello Noor11,

@Kimberlysing40 is absolutely correct AI features can affect the TV as it analyzes the surroundings, noise, the content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. We suggest following these steps to make any necessary adjustments. Settings >All Settings> Advanced Features> AI Mode Settings>AI Mode.

      Good luck.

Thank you for that follow up Noor11, upon research we can confirm that Filmmaker mode may appear darker than other picture modes.

The best way to determine if in fact this is an issue with the TV's display itself is to try different picture modes. If this is occurring in alternate picture modes, we recommend having the TV serviced.

You can use our service link (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/) or Private Message any moderator by selecting and clicking on the chat option with your full model and serial number to proceed.

Do you mean to go to service on a brand new tv. Hard to digest.

Tried all suggestions but no success. Someone got mixed up with phone which does not make sense. I don’t have android phone. My phone is iPhone and is not connected with the tv. In the next two days I will contact the technical support and chat with them. Maybe it is normal on Samsung tv.
