I have just bough a 2025 77 inches S90F and mostly the faces are washed out and sometimes reddish. a power cycle will help for a time but the problem comes back. i have read that a new firmware 12.xx is available however my tv says 11.31 is current.
Is anyone using the 12.xx version already in the US? even Samsung download firmware page shows only the 11.31

Hello Edriano,
Thank you for the update. I understand how frustrating this situation can be, and I’d like to confirm whether the display issue was still present when you performed the Picture Test. This test helps determine whether the problem comes from the TV itself or another source.
If the display is still affected, the next step would be to have the TV serviced. You can submit a service request directly at your convenience here https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/, or you can send a Private Message to any moderator by clicking on the chat option with your full model code and serial number, and we’ll be happy to assist further.

Hello Edriano! Welcome to the Community! A TV picture that's less than stunning is not the experience we want for you. We understand your concern with the faces washing out, and we're here to help.
Based on the information we have for your model, it looks like the latest firmware available is the 11.31.
Since power cycling the TV only helps for a little while, here are a couple other things to try to see if this will help the TV keep the picture looking great all the time.
Are the colors off across all sources of the TV or just some - for example streaming apps versus Cable TV?
From the Home Button > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self-Diagnosis > Picture Test
These settings are under: All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode or All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
Please let us know if this helps.

I have had some success using the ECO mode and changing many settings as brightness, contrast, sharpness. that seems to have two places to set gamma and color mode, for HDR i had to manually change from normal to custom change the Gamma and then return to Normal.
I do not understand why Samsung does not have a mode for normal people that don't want this over exaggerated smoothness and high saturated images. out of the box the movie and filmmaker makes everything orange like.
I have read in many places about this bug with washed faces, dimming on dark scenes. which many places already received a new firmware that at least seems to try and minimize this constant power cycling.
Factory reset can not be an option all the time, setting up app and other things takes time, and not everyone would like to use external devices only the TV apps me included.

I power cycled the TV today, performed the image test and everything is fine, i do not believe it is a hardware problem, it is a software problem, i am not sure what triggers it but i am certain that the problem will come back as it did before.
After power cycling a watched the same scene and the image was not as bad as it was before.
Half of the world is saying that they are getting firmware 12.06 US atleast mine is on 11.31

The latest firmware update doesn’t solve the issue I’m being told!
Seems this is an issue for many Samsung users! I have the S95F OLED 2025 and it happens every few days. Unacceptable

I see an interesting thing, I connected my Nvidia shield and the image is way better than the native app on the TV. I am starting to think the real problem is with the tV box image generation or whatever it is called. It has been two days with the Nvidia and everything is fine.
