I bought my first Samsung OLED S90D back in February 2025 as a birthday gift for my husband.
Anyway, I ended up loving that TV and used it from July 2025 until January 2026 before I had to pack up and move. When I bought it, I made sure to get the two-year Samsung Care+ and VIP Advantage warranty. The rep promised me it covered accidental screen cracks, which was important since our pets had broken our old TV. Now, in September 2026, I finally set it up in my new place, but when I turned it on, there was a black line across the screen and it shut off. I filed a claim, but a technician found a crack and they denied it, telling me to just buy a new one since it wasn't worth repairing. I was so mad that I dug up all my paperwork. It turns out the online system didn't let me pick the specific plan, and while I don't have the theft coverage, my warranty benefits page shows I have the electronics Samsung Care+, which should cover a replacement. It took forever to find the docs, but I have them now and I’m going to call Samsung Care+ like the rep suggested. We’ll see if I end up swearing off Samsung for good; I’ve used them for everything up until now, and I really used to love their stuff.

according my experience, samsung care+ handled by third party so yea you need to call that company that handle the samsung care+ in your place, so samsung care+ isn't handled by samsung itself
anyway stay strong! And good luck claiming your rights, you must claim samsung care+ although it may cost you time and energy
