Now a couple of day’s I get a pop-up to start Ai on my Samsung oled s95f. There is no option to disable this feature. I can cancel it but every day after turning on this pop-up keeps appearing and blocks whatever you are looking at for a couple of seconds.
I don’t want this function. How to disable this is there an option or is this a bug. I don’t want to be forced or use this.

Vision AI is part of the Intelligent Mode suite, which automatically adjusts picture and sound settings. To regain full manual control, simply turn off Intelligent Mode:
Press Home on your remote.
Go to Settings > All Settings.
Navigate to General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings.
Toggle Intelligent Mode to Off.

This is completely unacceptable. Your software asks for my permission to spy on all my content, I say “no” and disable the AI feature completely. So you then design the thing to NAG me every single day to accept the terms for a feature that’s not on?

Try turning off the Vision AI Companion on your Samsung TV by disabling the enhanced Bixby AI features or turn off Bixby's permissions. Go to Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > Voice > Bixby Settings, and revoke or turn off the agreement for the enhanced Vision AI Companion service. You might want to “leave” bigby altogether if you don’t use it. Just another listening device! 🙄

Also having this issue, and becoming VERY infuriated by it. I'm about ready to return this TV because it has been nothing but headaches, and this is the last straw. The last thing I want when gaming is the screen to go black and go "Hey you want to use this AI companion?"
NO. NO I DO NOT.
Samsung, why would you add something so obnoxious and give us NO WAY TO TURN IT OFF?!

My tv S95F doesn’t have this intelligent mode setting.
I am also having this issue and it is SO annoying!!! - everytime we turn the tv on, after a couple of minutes the pop up is there. I don’t want AI companion enabled, how many times do I need to say it?

I've been on tech support chats for over three hours over two days who were just about as helpful as this post, directing me to places that didn't exist, and suggesting outright dumb things that telling me to just "move my TV remote to another room" just in case the AI button was being pressed -- which, by the way, doesn't trigger the popup.
I encourage everyone to return their "AI" TV if they are able. Shame on Samsung for forcing this AI on its users without giving them a recourse to turn it off. That's got to be illegal in some markets.

Me pasa lo mismo, creo que desde hace al menos 3 o 4 semanas. Interrumpe en cualquier momento y no hay manera de desactivarlo. Espero que hagais una actualizacion decente para hace 2 semanas y que elimineis el popup directamente. Espero que os quede claro que no trabajamos para vosotros ni nos tenemos que comer vuestras estupidas ideas involutivas. No se necesita una carrera de ingenieria para ver los problemas que generais por vuestra indudable incompetencia

For Some reason I don’t get the pop-up anymore. I didn’t activate it and don’t know why it stopped and AI is still disabled, but I hope it will never come back. In future if there is a new function Samsung should always make sure you could disable it and don’t force you to enable this. It is a very bad user experience , for those that still have this pop-up I hope it will stop also on there TV’s.

Same issue. No obvious way to turn it off. It was bad enough just getting through setting the tv up with all the logins. I regret buying this tv.
