Does anyone remember when speaking into your tv remote in English resulted int the text on screen being in Russian and the tv not responding? Took a while but we got a fix for it.
New problem - I speak into my remote now and the screen text just says “Daemon Reset”
how do u fix this!

We are so happy to hear that you were able to resolve the previous remote issue and recommend performing the following to resolve this using our troubleshooting article, checkpoint E here: An app will not work on my Samsung TV or projector
Within the article you will find information on How to Flash Rest the TV and i've included the steps below as well for review
1. Turn TV on.
2. Press and hold the TV power key on the TV for 5 seconds.- Pressing this button will show the Control Menu.
3. then Press and hold the power button on the remote control for 5
seconds.
4. Wait for about 30 seconds to a minute and TV will power cycle and
show the Samsung logo.
5. Wait until the TV turns back on. It will be in initial setup mode.
6. Follow the steps to complete the initial setup.
Lastly, we encourage you to update the software by accessing Settings > Support > Software Update or you can use our link here to proceed. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/
If you do not see initial setup screen after flash reset, please make sure to attempt to perform flash reset again, if this doesn't work call our phone support for a service repair at 1-800-726-7864 (1-800-Samsung) or Private Message any one of us moderator's by selecting and clicking on the chat option.
