I just purchased a Samsung WA45T3200AW/A4 washer March 23, 2026.  I am trying to set the water level to 'auto level'.  When I repeatedly push the button, there is never a time when the lights all go out, which should be when the level is set to 'auto'.  Can anyone help, or tell me what I'm doing wrong?  Thanks!

Hello ktinfl, Welcome to the Samsung Community. We see that you are experiencing an issue with your top load washer. We can tell that this is frustrating, and we are willing to help you get back up and running. When the Auto Level button fails to function, common causes include an active child lock, a wet control panel, or selecting an incompatible cycle. Below I have provided you with the link to troubleshoot. Hopefully this helps !

Thank you very much!  I found out that the 'quick wash' cycle does not function with the 'auto level' function.  Exactly what I needed to know!  Thanks for the link and the quick response!
