I’ve had this washer since 2019 and over last few weeks it won’t finishing a cycle, it’s beating the sides of the washer right from start. I've checked the belt it seems in good condition with no tears or anything but it flashed hot and warm for unbalance. It can't complete a full load nor a load with just few light items, it still does it. How to fix it or trouble shooting?

Hello Iceman833,
We completely understand the concern with the washer not completing a cycle due to it being unbalanced and recommend trying to recalibrate the washer to see if this will correct your issue. Generally overtime a recalibration will correct any unbalanced issue, as the calibration ensures accurate weight detection by the washer.
You can follow the steps below to proceed with that aspect
Please make sure the drum is empty before running Calibration.
1. Press Power to turn on the washer.
2. Press and hold Temp. And Delay End simultaneously for 3 seconds.
3. Press and hold START/PAUSE to start Calibration.
Once the Calibration has started; the tub will rotate clockwise and counterclockwise for approximately 1 minute.
When the calibration cycle has completed, "0" appears on the display, and the washer turns off automatically.
Please let me know if this assistance properly addresses the unbalanced concern for you.

All of your information says "0" appears on the display. On my model, there isn't a digital display.
Model WA45N3050AW/A4
Can you tell me how to recalibrate a Samsung washer that doesn't have a digital display?

This answer is incorrect because on this model there isn't a digital display of any kind for the letters CB to display.

Hello gaylaherrington,
Our apologizes you're absolutely correct; this model does not have a Calibration mode, and therefore the only option you have is to contact a service provider to have the washer evaluated and serviced. This will be an out of warranty repair and warranty coverage will not apply. If you wish to proceed you can use our service link here https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/, or you can Private Message any moderator by selecting and clicking on the chat option with your full model and serial number.

I thought this model did have a hidden calibration option. Are you sure about that?
