I have scoured the internet and cannot find this part for my 3-year-old washer. I bought this washer in July 2023, and already the part is unavailable, making the best feature of my washer obsolete. Samsung is no help, and I plan to file a complaint with the BBB. Something that is 3 years old should not be obsolete already. It's a washing machine. So I guess Samsung believes that their products should not last longer than 3 years. I think I'll switch back to American-made products such as Speed Queen, Whirlpool, Maytag, or GE Appliances. I suggest others do the same.

Thank you, but if you read the snapshot that you sent, you’ll see that it says the product is not available.
