I have a Samsung model dw80b7070us dishwasher. Until this product, I have been a diehard Samsung customer, however, this dishwasher lasted about 4.5 - 5 years before randomy dying one day. It will not turn on - and the tech who came out said it is likely the control board. I have researched, and it seems like this commonly happens with this dishwasher, which should really make Samsung take notice and recall it or offer replacements or at least a significant credit toward a new dishwasher. It was not cheap!
Wondering if anyone has any experience with Samsung standing behind this product?
