Sound bar help

Hi everyone. I need some help, I purchased a newer TV and have a sound bar and both are samsung. My older TV connected with an optical cable and this newer one doesn't have the optical cable port. BT isn't working for me. What else can I use to connect the sound bar to the tv?

HDMI will do it. Make sure you get a cable that supports the right standards for your TV and sound bar.

To add to what @Mujibar said most newish TVS have a dedicated port for sound bars, it will be labeled eARC.
