I traded my Watch 7 in for a Watch 9 and was expecting to have a new and improved experience. But for some reason my Watch 9 is not keeping the right time. Everything is set to automatic time on both my watch and my S25 Ultra. This morning when my alarm went off my watch was almost a minute behind compared to my phone. Yesterday I noticed it was behind during the day so I manually synced it then as well but turning of Bluetooth then reconnecting phone. I hope this issue gets addressed because part of the job of a watch is to show the correct time.

By any chance, are you using AOD, Always On Display? It's been my experience with AOD on several older Galaxy watches, such as the Watch 6 and the Ultra 2024, that what I assume is a power saving move, the AOD watchface is not kept up to date. The displayed time can be quite behind the actual time. Once I discovered this behavior, I immediately stopped using AOD and I am surprised that this behavior has not been made a big issue, someone could miss a train or a plane relying on a Samsung watch with AOD enabled!

Not currently using the AOD, battery drain is another issue I'm having so have the setting off.
