Health Connect issues with HRV

My Galaxy Watch is clearly measuring HRV because I can see it in Samsung Health, but a lot of third-party health/recovery apps like Sonar, Ensta, Vora, RestUp, Tawen, etc. either show HRV as missing or can't build a proper recovery score.
From what I understand, Health Connect supports HRV, but Samsung Health doesn't seem to actually pass the Galaxy Watch HRV data into Health Connect.
Has anyone found a way around this?
Can any app actually pull the HRV directly from Samsung Health, or write its own HRV reading into Health Connect so other apps can use it?
