Galaxy Watch7 System-Wide Voice Input Bug Report

Voice input on my Galaxy Watch7 recognized both Arabic and English during initial setup across apps like Gemini and Messages. However, after restarting or rebooting the watch, the system completely stops understanding Arabic voice inputs while continuing to recognize English perfectly. Additionally, Arabic is not supported in the text-to-speech voice engine settings. I attempted to change the preferred engine from the Samsung text-to-speech engine to speech recognition and synthesis from Google, and while the setting took effect, it still cannot recognize my voice when I speak in Arabic. I've also confirmed that both Arabic and English are enabled in my Samsung keyboard settings, but when attempting to add Arabic to the watch user interface language settings, only English is shown as an option. Despite restarting/rebooting both my phone and watch several times, performing factory resets, and ensuring all updates are installed, the issue persists: voice input works for both languages initially upon setup, but fails to recognize Arabic after any subsequent reboot/restart.
