Galaxy Ultra 2 Watch Does Not Have Numbersync Options

I just recently got the new Samsung Ultra 2 watch.  I was using it right out of the box with it only bluetooth paired.  Did not realize that when it was seperated from my phone that a mobile plan from att was not automatically on it.

So I went through the setup, numerous resets and clearing everything out to not be able to get the watch to work the way my Classic 4 did, which I still have.

I want the watch to use my phone when paired.  When it is not paired I want to be able to make calls using the watch's phone number.

First Time:  Out going calls use phone's phone number even when not paired, but the watch number does not allow incoming calls.

Second Time:  Out going calls still uses phone's phone number even when not paired, and the watch number did allow incoming calls.

After several hours on the phone with ATT they tell me that it is a Samsung issue, because there should be an option on the Ultra Watch 2 to be able to turn off something called NumberSync.  There is no option for NumberSync.  So out of curiosity, I charged up my Classic 4, and sure enough under connections that is an option to turn it on , off or remove it.

What do I need to do to be able to get rid / turn off NumberSync on the Samsung Ultra Watch 2 so that way I can use it the way I want to:

 

When Paired use the phone, when not paired accept incoming calls to the watch number and dial out with the watch's number and not the phones phone number?
