I recently updated my Galaxy Ring. It seems like I'm going through more battery than normal. The ring went from 100% battery to 84% battery over night. I don't have a lot of the sensors on.

After a device update, it is normal to notice temporary changes in battery life. Your device may need some time to reoptimize in the background. We recommend allowing 1 to 2 weeks for battery to relearn your usage patterns. During this adjustment period, battery usage may appear higher than usual, but it should gradually improve as the device adapts.
