As a once proud owner of a samsung product (ring), im very disappointed in the samsung product. I use to get 7 days battery life. Samsung fixed it. Got it back to get 7 days battery life for a couple of months. Thrn it dropped to 4 fours for a few weeks. Now I get maybe 3. Once it dies, I wont get another one. Not worth the money. Thank God the phone and watch are keeping us charge. Or I'd be switching to different product.
No one from samsung has even reached out to me this issue.
