Samsung obviously know they have a problem, but will not take ownership.  My ring lasted 15 months before it instantly failed after a software update. The ring says it has charge, but turns off in less than one hours.  I have tried everything, but nothing resolves.  Disgusted, £300 for 15 months of use.  Samsung will replace the product for more than I paid for the original!

LongHiker, it's not unfortunate at all. Its the same ring, with the same problems. It is very fortunate that I am airing my frustrations on the biggest western market for Samsung products. I may lose £300, but how many sales would Samsung lose?

      Regards Darren

The Galaxy ring is the worst product Samsung has ever made. I am on my 2nd ring the battery is down to 2.5 days in 9 months. Time to do a warranty claim again.
