My galaxy ring doesn't track anything! I bought it to track my sleep and workouts and it does nothing. I bought the ring for sleep tracking because my watch ultra2 is too bulky to sleep with. All the ring does is light up green and red all night and literally nothing else.

Before we begin troubleshooting, I have a few questions:

Is the ring fitting properly, or does it feel loose on your finger?

Do you have any tattoos on the finger where you're wearing the ring?

Have you tried restarting the ring from the charging case?

Have you performed a factory reset on the ring?
