Trade-ins

I have never seen them offer a trade in for the buds 3 pro unfortunately

If they had a trade in program for the buds, I would trade up, but looks like I'll be keeping my buds3

What's apparent is that Samsung is afraid of an avalanche of trade-in requests do to the inferior, chronic recharging issues with the Buds 3 Pro earbuds. There are almost daily user complaints here about the unequal charging experienced with Buds 3 Pro earbud pairs. Samsung made some poor design choices with these earbuds and apparently doesn't want to pay the price to satisfy their abused customers.
