So im having trouble with my right earbud. I have the buds 3 and just got them not to long ago. My right earbud isnt holding charge or simply wont charge. Should I get the buds 4 or just go JBL

Hi @TeejayTech thanks for reaching out to the Samsung Community. I know that has to be frustrating for one bud to charge and the other doesn't. I would love to offer some assistance.
First, make sure that there is no debris on the charging contacts on the bud that can cause it to not sit right in the case and get a charge. On top of that the tips can also cause it to not sit properly as well if they aren't fitted correctly.

If these steps don't help you may need service. If you are in the market for new buds I would absolutely recommend the Buds 4 or Buds 4 Pro they are a step-up of what you already have with even more feature.
