Anyone else's pinch media controls not working. I try to play/pause and skip track using the pinch controls on my buds and it doesn't work.

The troubleshooting is, as @Robin621k suggested, to reset the earbuds.
Since resetting the earbuds did not help, service is recommended. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
