My galaxy buds 3 keep disconnecting from my phone. Then when it connects; only one of them will actually work 🤔

Did you get them recently? What phone do you have?

Hmm. Then possibly it was a software update?

My wife's s22 would never stay connected to anything Bluetooth, but it did that from the beginning.

Honestly im not sure. Ive disconnected them and reconnected them and its like the right ear bud doesn't charge. My left ear will connect sometimes. I think im going to try the JBL Live Buds 3

I’d check the charging contacts on the right bud and make sure both buds are actually charging in the case. Since they’ve worked fine for a year, it could also be a software or battery issue rather than the phone itself.

Ive cleaned them with the dust blower making sure not to blow to hard on the little pieces. That didn't do anything. Ive updated them and they still do this. Phone is perfectly fine. Just think its time to retire those after a year 😪

Hi @TeejayTech, thank you for reaching out to the Samsung Community. The buds definitely do not sound like they are operating correctly, and that sounds super frustrating. We'd be more than happy to help, but first we need a little more information.

Have you tried performing a factory reset on the buds? Have you run diagnostics on them through the Samsung Members app? Are the buds updated to the latest software version?

Please let us know so we can further assist.
