Hello. I want to report an audio quality issue that I'm having with my Galaxy Buds3 Pro.
The problem occurs specifically when I use a single hearing aid, either the left or the right, and select the "Off" mode on the sound control

Please check for any known issues related to the audio processing of the Galaxy Buds3 Pro when using a single headphone in "Off" mode. If it is a software issue, I would appreciate it if it were investigated so that we could recover the sound quality they had previousl
