I'm using a non-samsung android phone.
What happens is when I leave the buds in the case for hours like go to bed and wake up, when I try to use the buds it does not connect. You see it in the Bluetooth settings trying to reconnect and it doesn't.
I have to unpair and pair it again for it to work, so everyday for the week I've owned it, I've had to pair the buds to my phone daily.
I have reset Bluetooth settings, uninstalled and reinstalled the wear app, reset the buds in the wear app and it still persist.
I have other Bluetooth devices and they don't have the same problem.
This is unacceptable.
I have tried all troubleshooting methods, Samsung needs to patch this.

Since you have tried troubleshooting the next thing we would suggest is sending an Error Report from the Wearables application.

You cannot have the Samsung members app, if you don't have a Samsung phone. The option does not exist. If it does, send me the link to download it.
