So when it's in ambient mode my right ear is fine but the left ear I can't hear outside of the music. The music is fine but when someone is talking to me my left ear is hard of hearing. When I updated the buds the pressure or quietness stopped, I was amazed then it came back. So I think it's a setting, can anyone help

Hey Dre7778! Thanks for visiting the Community. Newer Samsung Galaxy earbuds include Active noise-canceling! When this feature is turned on, it will block out noise in the nearby area, so you can be fully immersed in your music. This setting may be conflicting with Ambient sound. Please let me know if this helps.
