face recognition feature not working

Hello! I understand how wanting to use face recognition can be helpful logging into your laptop. I would recommend making sure that all firmware is up to date on your laptop. After that this may require service, you will have a couple of options based on your warranty.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.

- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
