I had a problem with my sound driver and so went to device manager and uninstalled Realtek (R) Audio. I had to restart my laptop to uninstall the driver and then reinstall it. Upon restarting my laptop and having the driver automatically redownload, I realised Dolby Access (that comes with the laptop) was no longer working. In fact, I would now have to purchase Dolby Access for headphones, and I can't get Dolby Access to work with my in-built speakers.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can cause issues with it not working. But after looking further into this Dolby access does give you a free trial when you start using it after that trial period is up then you will have to pay for premium access. You can find more information below.
