Hi everyone,

I’m using a Samsung Galaxy Book 3 with Windows 11, and it was running normally before. Recently, I downloaded Fluxus Executor while looking into Roblox scripting and related tools.

After installing it, I started noticing that my laptop feels slower than before. Windows takes longer to open some applications, browsing feels less responsive, and even Roblox doesn’t seem to run as smoothly as it normally does.

I’m not sure if the slowdown is actually related to the installation or if something else happened around the same time. I’ve already restarted the laptop and checked the available storage, but the performance still feels different.

I’ve also been looking through information about Fluxus installation, Roblox scripting, and compatibility to understand whether there could be any system or software-related issue.

Should I check Task Manager for background processes and memory usage first? Would it also be worth checking Windows Security, startup applications, and Samsung/GPU drivers?

Has anyone with a Samsung Galaxy Book experienced similar slowdown after installing a Roblox scripting tool? Any suggestions for figuring out what is causing it would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Since the slowdown started right after installing Fluxus, I’d check for unwanted software before focusing on drivers or Roblox settings.

First, uninstall Fluxus and anything else installed around the same time. Then open Windows Security > Protection history and check if Defender detected or blocked anything. I’d also run a Full scan, and if the slowdown continues, a Microsoft Defender Offline scan.

After that, check Task Manager for unusual CPU, memory, disk, or network usage, especially unknown startup processes. Microsoft notes that potentially unwanted apps can cause slow performance and may install additional unwanted software.

If the laptop is still slow after removing it and scanning, try System Restore to a point before the installation, if available. I’d avoid downloading another “cleaner” or executor to fix it.
