I am trying to install ubuntu using usb boot in my galaxy notebook 2, setup starts but black screen comes and looks like laptop is turned off even power led is off, when I press power button it continues from there and after 5-6 seconds same black screen appears again. I also tried for other versions but problem persists , but works fine while installing any microsoft windows.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately we would be unable to assist with the help of installing a Linux based OS. As the laptop may have issues such as these as the internal hardware may or may not support Linux.
