I recently bought Galaxy Book 5 Pro and when I use meet or camera while recording or any other app the microphone doesn't record sound but it shows the levels are at 100% please help me solve this issue, and this problem is not on the side of Microsoft since they have remotely checked for the issue and they found no issues on their side.
