Due to low storage and some other issues, I recently had someone perform a factory reset on my Samsung Ultrabook 940X. Now, neither my hotkeys nor keyboard backlight work and the Microsoft Store won't allow me to download either version of Samsung Settings. Is there a software update I can download that would allow me to turn on the hotkeys again?
