Does the NP760XJG-KG2US support two simultaneous external displays through a single Thunderbolt 4 port via a hub?
The hub supports 2 external displays with at least 4 other laptops I tested but not the Samsung laptop. The Intel chip supports up to 4 displays. The computer will run 1 external monitor through the hub, another external monitor directly via the HDMI port, and a 3rd via the built-in screen. Did Samsung intentionally limit the support of the external displays via Thunderbolt hubs or is this a BIOS / software fix that Samsung can provide?

This model uses standard USB-C ports rather than Thunderbolt 4. Due to this physical hardware limitation, a single port cannot output dual display streams to a hub. This is not an intentional software restriction, so Samsung cannot fix it with a BIOS update.

Thank you for the answer. Indeed, I have not found any solution for the Thunderbolt hub - it drives 1 external monitor but not 2.
However, I found another hub device (USB-C based rather than Thunderbolt) where the laptop will drive 2 external monitors. So, I have suitable arrangement even though I wish I could use Thunderbolt.
