Hi

Does a Galaxy Book6 Pro 14'' with the Core Ultra X7 358H (and Arc B390) exist? Perhaps one was released for a specific market, such as Hong Kong or South Korea?
If such a model exists, is there any difference in the X7 358H configuration compared to the Book6 Ultra X7?
Does this model feature a standard trackpad or a haptic one?

I also contacted the online shop, and they said that it is 16GB RAM, X7 358H with Arc B390, SSD 512GB, but the keyboard is German 😞

Yes — it exists, Samsung India specifically lists a Galaxy Book6 Pro (14", 35.56 cm), Core Ultra X7 358H, 32GB/1TB (NP940XJG-KG6IN) — confirming the X7 358H + Arc B390 combo is offered in the 14" Book6 Pro, not just the 16" Ultra. This is a real regional SKU, not just a leak — India is one confirmed market for it.

    Any difference vs. the Book6 Ultra's X7 358H?
No difference in the chip itself — it's the same Core Ultra X7 358H silicon with Arc B390 graphics (16-core, up to 4.78GHz boost) in both the Pro and Ultra lines. The distinction between the two product lines comes from chassis/cooling/RAM configuration (e.g., soldered vs. LPDDR), not a different binning of the CPU itself.

    Trackpad — standard or haptic?
Haptic. Confirmed directly by Samsung: the Galaxy Book6 Pro (both 14" and 16") features an advanced haptic touchpad that delivers precise, responsive tactile feedback, using pressure sensing to recreate the feel of a physical click across the entire surface. Note this is specific to the Pro/Ultra lines — the base non-Pro Galaxy Book6 drops down to a conventional click pad instead.
