I have a Samsung Book Ultra 3 and I do not remember my pin. When I hit "get a new pin" nothing happens. Any ideas how to re set my pin? To be fair it's been months since I've tried to use it especially since I initially entered the wrong email address.

I would recommend trying the information in the following link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062948/. If you are having trouble signing into windows you will need to reach out to Microsoft support to get your password resetting for your account.
