I recently contacted Samsung regarding an issue with my Galaxy Watch Ultra, where the faceplate/bezel completely came off on its own. The watch was not dropped, thrown, or damaged in any way. This appears to be a product issue, not damage caused by misuse.
I was told that my watch is out of warranty, but I don’t understand why that should prevent Samsung from addressing this issue when the problem is with the device itself and was not caused by anything I did.
I have been a very loyal Samsung customer and own multiple Samsung products. I’ve always had a good experience with Samsung, which is why this situation is extremely disappointing. I would really like Samsung to take responsibility for this issue and repair or replace my watch as a customer-service exception.
I hope Samsung will reconsider this decision because I would hate for one unresolved product issue to make me reconsider continuing to purchase Samsung products in the future.
Anyone has any idea what to do after this

I am sorry your watch experienced this issue.
You will have to pay to have it fixed as you were told it was out of warranty.

But that is not my fault it's an issues with the watch itself you can't say it's durable and it's starts to brake on its own

It doesn't make a difference a warranty time frame is just that. Manufacturer defects 3 years out (Watch Ultra 2024) are not covered by any company to the best of my knowledge.

I am not a spokesperson for Samsung, I'm telling you that you will have to pay to have it fixed, just like anything else you purchased that breaks after the warranty period is over.
