I have the Galaxy Watch 7.  When using the Biking, Walking and Other Workout apps the heart rate reading increases rapidly, over 150 bpm, and will not go back down when I reduce my workout effort.  Mostly happens when monitoring the workout on my phone.  I have done all of the recommended ways of solving the problem, including factory reset, but problem persists.

      Hi Members_uXy9K15 ๐Ÿ™‚
I'm so sorry you're experiencing this issue. Have you run diagnostics on your device recently? If not that would be a good place to start to insure the sensors are working properly. Second insure the placement of your watch on your wrist is 1 to 2 fingers width from the bone and the band is snug enough to prevent ambient light and motion artifacts don't bleed into the optical diodes. This may also be caused by phone sync latency. Sometimes the continuous bluetooth data stream to Samsung health on the phone buffets the display data and lags behind real time drops. Try turing off live workout syncing to your phone and test this by using the standalone watch session and sync the data after your workout. I can also suggest checking to insure your sensers on the back of your watch are clean by wiping them down with a dry microfiber cloth. If you are still experiencing issues after these steps please submit a support ticket with your logs as to notify the developer team that the issue is continuing after troubleshooting.

@Members_uXy9K15 Have you checked the readings against any other device? If not, it is always possible that the watch is correct.
