I've had my Galaxy Watch 9 - 40 mm Bluetooth version for a couple of weeks. Reviews say battery life is 24 - 30 hours. I am only getting a little over 20 hours. The AOD is turned OFF. I do continuous HR monitoring and sleep tracking. I haven't done any strenuous workouts yet. I do have the raise to talk feature turned on for Gemini. I know that's a big drain, but it was one of the reasons I upgraded from the Watch 8 to the 9. I don't want to turn that off and with the battery upgrade, it should be ok. Just wondering what every one else is getting for battery life.on their watch 9. I easily got a day and a half on my Watch 8.

Ive had my Watch 9 for a bit over a month now. SUddenly today (16 Sept) it started draining unusually faster. Uses over 50% in 12 hours and by afternoon-evening its down to 15% warning. My Watch8 had a bit better life at a little over 24 hours. This to me is unacceptable performance. Especially when marketing advertised a slightly bigger battery and a more efficient chip. TO me Samsung better be careful crying wolf because the next time around saying "better battery" I will not believe them. Am now searching for warranty return to see how far I get.

I was having the same issue, I was about to sell this thing. Samsung support had me do a force reboot (not a restart) and that fixed it. Now getting 30-40hr battery life. Hold down the 2 buttons on the side for 30 seconds.

I get less Than 18hrs on full charge, even with continuous heat rate & always on screen turned off.
To make matters worse, I can't find a back up charger available for purchases in USA. This is totally unacceptable. My 5 year old watch got the same battery life and only reason I "upgraded" was so I did not realize charge as much 🤔🙄
