So almost 2 weeks of loving the Galaxy S26 Ultra!!!!!! The Buds pro 4 are very interesting, and entertaining to say the least!!! My one question for you folks is, why does the case consume more battery than the Buds? Im not opening it several times a day, in fact the case stays closed.

Hi @Sambo99, thanks for reaching out to the Samsung Community. I love to hear you are enjoying your S26 Ultra it is a wonderful phone. We want you to enjoy those Buds as well! I want to provide some assistance.
While I do agree with @Robin621k it might be something that is fixed with and update. There are a few other things we want to make sure.
1. Make sure you're using an approved charger.
When charging, be sure to use the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter.
2. Check the case positioning if using a wireless charging pad.
If you are charging wirelessly, make sure to place the case directly in the center of the charging pad.
3. Check for software updates to make sure your device is running on the latest version.
4. Run diagnostics on your buds this will test the charging capabilities.

5. Submit an error report so if there is something software related it can be sent to the developer for an update to be pushed to your device.

6. Lastly, you can always go to an authorized walk in center in your area for an evaluation.
