I do some exercises that really move my arms and body, but I don't take a single step with them. I have to remove my Samsung 8 watch and start the exercise on my phone because if I don't, my watch adds a lot of steps, I'm guessing from the arm movement.
When I have to take off my watch, then my heart rate and other measurements are of course not taken.
If something could be added to the phone and/or watch to temporarily stop the step counting, it would be wonderful!
