Suggestion For Samsung Devs for Beta Testers

I get spaces are limited for beta testing in regions, but I also think Samsung should limit the acceptance of new beta testers if the actual beta is full, thus alerting those who want to join that it is full at the time, then put them in a queue. When the next beat arrives and there are openings, they get the download or if a tester leaves the beta, they get the download notice automatically.

I see more and more people posting about not getting the actual beta, but still being part of the beta communities. If they are allowed to join the community, but cannot get the beta download and use it, how are they going to participate other than post that they have not received the beta download and then install it?
