Splitscreeen suggestions

Please add the ability to shrink or enlarge splitscreen apps similar to before beta update. Before I was able to move the splitscreeen bar all the way up and keep the top app really small and only show the video in the app..now it won't shrink all the way and leaves a white space, which is wasted space.
