Lock individual app

Question

Apple IOS has a lock individual app feature that can prevent someone for accessing private information like your pictures, messages or even lock other apps from opening by anyone who may want to use your phone, like kids. It can prevent them from accidentally calling emergency services or opening any apps. That would be a great feature to have. Samsung is already making its UI more like IOS with some feature already.

There is a samsung app/launcher called samsung kids. Check it out. It partially fits what you are talking about. Also, secure folder is a great feature for this also. But being able to lockdown individual apps would be a nice feature too. I used to be able to do that on custom roms back in android 4.4.2. We are on 17 now, i don't expect it would be too difficult but I'm no program writer.
