When the device is locked, you can still access the Quick Settings and Notification Panel.
This has been an Android flaw for as long as I can remember.
Even if you select the option to "Lock Network & Security" anyone can turn off you Work Profile, disable NFC, etc.
There have been several occasions where I've been exercising or cutting the grass with the phone in my pocket and it turns off an important setting, turns on the flashlight, or calls emergency services.
I have AOD and in-pocket detection turned on.
As a Security Engineer, I would prefer that my phone be entirely locked when I lock it.
We shouldn't have to remove quick settings toggles or create Modes & Routines specifically to combat accidental or unauthorized changing of settings.
Currently, most people I know have the flashlight toggle in their quick settings. This allows an unauthorized actor to quickly drain your battery.
Thank you for your consideration.
