What's going on with the prompt that there is no available beta plan?

Samsung does dif times for rollout. Your location may have not opened for beta yet. If it did. It was beta closed. Or a sign up prompt would be available. Keep an eye out. May come later today. Or on a dif day.

If it doesn't say beta closed. It means they haven't opened it up for you yet. You haven't missed the chance. If it says closed then. You missed the window. Good luck.

They stagger releases. Many factors. Could be for your device. Its opened and closed or its closed and will open.
